She is known for her attention to detail and her ability to manage each step of the process smoothly, from pre-listing preparation to contract execution and closing. Her strong understanding of local real estate laws, contracts, and compliance standards helps ensure every transaction is handled with accuracy and care.
Crystal’s background includes working closely with buyers, sellers, agents, vendors, and service providers, giving her a well-rounded perspective and the ability to keep everyone informed and on track. She is also experienced in coordinating showings, scheduling inspections, managing databases, and supporting marketing efforts through social media and digital systems.
Her passion for real estate began in 2012, when she started flipping and selling homes with her family. While earning her Master’s Degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Crystal worked for a statewide real estate coaching company as Marketing and Training Director, where she helped hundreds of agents improve, streamline, and grow their businesses. After graduation, she spent time working as an engineer for a local architecture firm, further sharpening her problem-solving and project management skills.
