WHY ORANGE BEACH?

We chose this area because there were a lot of family oriented activities. We felt like there were many more than Pensacola offered and we were looking for a more relaxed atmosphere.

WHY SUMMERCHASE?

There is a great sense of community within the entire condo association as a whole. The other owners are friendly and always helpful. The location and the fact that each unit is so very well constructed and the building as a whole is fully protected against hurricanes. The condo is very comfortable and spacious for the two of us and also can easily accommodate the children and grandchildren when they visit. The beauty of the Gulf of Mexico never gets less captivating and coastal Alabama sunsets speak for themselves. There is really nothing better than opening up the balcony doors at night an falling asleep to the sound of the waves!

We spend a lot of time in the kitchen where you still have a great view of the gulf. In fact there are water views in all the main rooms with the exception of the front bedroom and the children don’t mind using that one. We also enjoy spending time at the Romar Room where a lot of gatherings are held such as pot luck dinners and happy hours. The room is currently being remodeled. There is never a dull moment, with loads of activities at your fingertips, like championship golf courses, casino trips, shopping ventures and during off season the snow birds come down and provide events and activities. We have really enjoyed meeting new snowbirds over the years.

WHERE TO YOU LIKE TO EAT?

Dining in the entire area is second to none in the world as far as we are concerned. We have never had a bad meal at Cosmo’s and we love the view from the deck at Tacky Jack’s.

WHERE DO YOU SHOP?

Tanger Outlet shopping is at the top of our list. You can find great buys on a wide variety of clothing options and even high-end name brands. You will love how far your money goes at these stores. If you are looking for fishing tackle, then you will want to head over to J&M.
