Stillwater Subdivision Spanish Fort AL

Stillwater is one of those subdivisions that appears to have it all.  You enter the community through a beautifully maintained entryway and look closely you will see neat little perks, like doggie dropping stations for picking up after your pet.  You will also find incredible community amenities, to include a swimming pool, lake and gazebo.  

When we asked recent Stillwater sellers to describe the number one aspect of the home that closed the deal for them, here is what they had to say: “The boat slip sealed the deal for us!  We love to fish and spend time together on the water as a family and enjoy the fact that we can take a sunset cruise up to one of the great seafood restaurants along the causeway.” There were other factors that prompted our sellers to make an offer on this home, such as the size and privacy of the lot and the pool, yet those seemed like icing on the cake compared to the deeded water access.  

I also wanted to know what were their favorite aspects of life in Stillwater and here are their top 5:

1. Having boat access to the river, Mobile Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

2. Catching fresh fish right of the dock for dinner.

3. Skeet shooting at the end of the dock with our neighbors.

4. Having access to both volleyball and tennis courts.

5. The community playground area was a great way for our children to make friends quickly in the neighborhood.
